Get help

Email privacy@mira.app. Include a short description of the problem and the Mira app version shown on your device. Do not send passwords, Google credentials, voucher codes, health records, meal photos, or voice recordings by email.

Payments and access

You can restore a Google Play purchase or open subscription management from Mira’s Profile screen. Free-access vouchers do not require payment details and do not renew automatically.

Privacy and account controls

Mira’s Profile screen provides data export and account deletion. Health Connect consent, imported-data deletion, and account deletion are separate controls.
